The Uyghurs in East Turkestan have moved along with societies and with the world, making valuable contributions to linguistic diversity, cultural diversity, and biodiversity. However, they are currently facing a danger of complete extinction due to China’s campaign of racial eradication. The eradication of the Uyghur “race” from the surface of the Earth represents the partial loss of all three diversities mentioned above.
